This mushroom has been used in China for more than 2,000 years. There they are convinced of the positive properties of reishi, which are now increasingly confirmed by modern research.
Other ingredients: Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), may contain one or both of the following: magnesium stearate, silica.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules per day with water.
