Shipping & returns
Shipping and Delivery Time:
Orders made before 12.00 clock will be shipped the same, orders after 12:00 clock on the next business day. We ship your orders thrue TNT Post. You can also pick up your order at your post office if there is no one at home. Over the duration of the parcels on the shipping routes, we have no control but normal delivery time 3-5 days with TNT Priority.

14 days reflection time
After you have received the ordered product, you have the option of canceling the sales contract with Solution within 14 working days of receipt without giving a reason.
You can then send the packages back to us by post:
- The product must be unused and / or unopened.
- You have to bear the costs and the risk of the return yourself. The solution does not accept returns that are not adequately postmarked.
- We ask you to enclose a copy of the invoice with the return.

We are not responsible for entering incorrect address information (name, address, place of residence) incorrectly, which prevents orders from being delivered to the correct location.
Solution reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid if the product has been damaged through your fault.
If a product is returned that Solution believes has suffered damage caused by your act, negligence, or otherwise at your risk, Solution will notify you in writing (by letter or email).
If the return has been received in good condition, the amount will be credited to your bank or current account within 30 days. We also need your bank account number in order to reimburse orders that have already been paid for (in advance). Customers from Belgium must also provide the IBAN and BIC / Swift numbers of their own bank.
